  • Can I return a product?
    A product can only be returned in the case of damage, where this should be reported within two days of order receipt. Customer needs to inform us about the item which he wishes to return in case of damage through emailing us at info@softcarecosmetics.com
  • Do you accept refunds?
    Unfortunately, we don’t have a refund policy. We advise you to read the product description thoroughly before purchasing your desired product.
  • What are mode of payments available ?
    Credit Cards: Our preferred payment method is via a secure credit card transaction. Rest assured, your card number will be protected using industry-leading encryption standards. We guarantee a safe shopping experience on our website. We currently accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards.
    Cash on Delivery: For customers without access to a credit card, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as an alternative payment method
  • Out of Stock items
    Although we try to have a stock level that will keep up with expected demand, certain items that are highly popular can sometimes run out of stock. Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide timelines for when a specific item will be available again.
  • What are the requirements to apply for Tabby?
    You need to be at least 18 years old and have a valid ID or Residency. Just select Tabby at checkout and we'll guide you through the process.
  • How much can I spend with Tabby?
    This depends on a number of factors including the type of products you're buying and which store you're buying from. However, Tabby will only be available for orders above 100 AED/SAR.
  • How do I pay in the end?
    Simply log on to your Tabby account before your payment is due and pay with any credit or debit card. We'll be adding more payment options regularly.
