Return / Cancellation Policy

Our Exchange policy :

A product can only be returned in the case of damage, where this should be reported within two days of order receipt. Customer needs to inform us about the item which he wishes to return in case of damage through emailing us at info@softcarecosmetics.com

Return of products to Softcare Cosmetics :


To initiate a return, just follow these simple steps-
Call customer care @ +971-4-5645397or email us at info@softcarecosmetics.com with the order details. Pack the merchandise in the same box with all tags, labels, stickers and original invoice.
You will receive a call back from us within 24 working hours of your request with the requisite return details, you have to courier the product back to us.
Once we receive the shipment, the product goes through a quality check and exchange will be initiated only if the product(s) are in the Proper stipulated condition.
(Items on Sale cannot be Exchanged or Returned)

Refund Policy :

We do not refund money; we only exchange the product.

Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 Days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Cancellation of orders :
